A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness professional who works with clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individualized wellness programs to meet their clients' needs.

Relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. Health Coaches understand this and take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person. Find out how health coaching stacks up against other health and wellness jobs.

Welcome to bCentered, a premier life and health coaching service in Minneapolis, MN

It’s rare
for anyone to get an opportunity to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. I will help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.

Many approaches  to healthy living dwell on exercising more and eating less, counting calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to look at how all areas of their life are connected together, empowering them to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together.

Health and Wellness coaching is about helping you identify and overcome barriers to your desired life goals.  Our work together will focus on creating a path that is tailored to the circumstances of your unique situation and your specific needs.

No one diet works for everyone.

I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

Could one conversation change your life?
