    • Your kitchen can make or break your results.  Decipher nutrition labels, recognize marketing gimmicks, learn about non-foods, and find out how crowd out the naughty offenders in your kitchen with healthier alternatives.

  • Grocery Store Tour 
    (also available as a standalone service)
    • Navigate grocery store aisles with the help of a trained professional.  Understand what healthy foods to buy and where to find them, and what foods to keep out of your shopping cart.  A fun inspirational and interactive field trip performed at the grocery store of your choice.

  • Weekly Accountability Check-in Emails
    • You are much more likely to keep working on something consistently when you know that periodically you'll be checking in with your coach.  Every week your coach will check in on your progress and motivate you to stay on track towards your goals.

  • Overview. Anything hard gets easier if you have someone to share it with.  Sharing experiences, ideas and having classmates to be accountable to increases participants’ chances for success. These interactive group coaching sessions will cover questions about nutrition, health, exercise and healthy lifestyle in a supportive confidential environment.
